Delivery Guarantee

What products does the Delivery Guarantee apply to?

The Delivery Guarantee applies to all gifts and cards ordered on the Moonpig Australia website (moonpig.com/au/) or any Moonpig mobile application to a recipient in Australia, where the Australia Post “Guaranteed Delivery” option is selected. 

Please see the “General” section of these terms for all exclusions.

Is the Delivery Guarantee always available? The Delivery Guarantee in Australia is only available until 28 April 2025.

What is the Delivery Guarantee?

Delivery Guarantee means we will deliver all gifts and cards on or before your requested delivery date selected at checkout. In the event that the delivery is made after the requested delivery date, please contact our Customer Service Team.

What if the delivery arrives after your guaranteed delivery day?

If your gift has not been delivered to the recipient by 8pm in their Australian local time zone (AEST, ACST or AWST) on your guaranteed delivery date, you can contact our Customer Service Team in the following ways:

  • Chat - available between the hours of 6pm AEST to 2:30am AEST, 7 days a week (excluding UK bank holidays); 

  • Social Media - Twitter: @MoonpigAU or Instagram: @moonpigau;

  • Email - [email protected]; or

  • Post - FAO: Customer Services, Herbal House, 10 Back Hill, London, EC1R 5EN.

The Customer Service Team will then investigate your complaint with Australia Post, and if your complaint is successful, Moonpig will credit your Moonpig Money account with the amount you paid for postage. 

General 

The Delivery Guarantee will not apply:

  • in the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances outside of Moonpig’s control which impact delivery (this includes any operational issues within Australia Post);

  • to orders that have the wrong delivery address;

  • to orders that cannot be delivered due to the recipient not being home; and 

  • to orders delivered to recipients outside of Australia.

Cards

  • Order by 2pm for same day dispatch. Next Day shipping to Melbourne. No weekend deliveries.

  • For international deliveries (outside of New Zealand) the price of shipping is A$2.85.

  • Shipping times are provided by Australia Post and can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors.

  • Standard Card delivery price - A$2.20

  • Large Card delivery price - A$3.70

  • Delivery in 2-3 business days to capital cities and 3-6 days to rural postcodes

Auspost Express Letter

  • Standard price - A$12.80

  • Large card price - A$12.80

  • Delivery in 1-2 business days to capital cities and 3-5 days to rural postcodes
